I am a "Diamond in the Rough". A great place to "Rough it" in the Southeastern Corner of the Adirondacks, with private boat launch west of Maple Bend Island, between Buoys 18 & 22.
***With some work and time... in the future I will become something that we can all be proud of!!! Accepting applications for caretaker(s), as well as Bartering for... future camp site, and boat launch useage.
1) BATHHOUSE WITH TWO ROOMS, NEEDS NEW TOILET, SINK, SHOWER STALL INSTALLED, AS WELL AS INSULATION, AND HOT WATER HEATER (RADIANT HEAT IN FLOOR)
2) New pump house needed.
*Help design and build rustic campsites in exchange for future campsite use.
**Fishing Club membership may include profit sharing from future dockage, and camp store.... ask for details.

Spring is here.

These pictures of camp brought such wonderful memories for me.  My grandfather built that camp down on the lake starting out of a shanty before I was born (48 yrs ago) LOL, my parents then bought the trailor at the end and we had to bring dumptrucks full of  gravel to make us a spot there.  In all we had 5 camps there for yrs.  I am looking forward to talking to you about camping there.
